My Story

For years, I struggled with horrible stomach issues that no one could explain. By age sixteen, I’d gone through countless doctor visits and tests — yet everything kept coming back “normal.” I relied on daily anti-pain and anti-nausea medication just to feel okay. Eventually, I turned to a holistic doctor who ran a food sensitivity and gut bacteria test, and everything changed. By removing the foods my body couldn’t tolerate and focusing on clean, whole ingredients, I completely healed my bloating, acne, hormonal imbalances, and constant stomach pain. Now, I’m passionate about sharing the simple, natural lifestyle that helped me feel my best.

What Changed Everything

I’ve learned that true wellness comes from living simply and intentionally. I focus on eating whole, allergen-friendly foods and making as much as I can from scratch — from sourdough and herbal teas to my own laundry detergent and dish soap. I love using natural remedies, herbs, and clean ingredients to support my body instead of relying on chemicals or processed products. These small, everyday choices have completely transformed my health, energy, and peace of mind.
